With over 30 years of sales and business management experience, I bring a unique blend of expertise, dedication, and a customer-centric approach to everything I do. My career journey has been as diverse as it has been rewarding, allowing me to develop skills across multiple industries and build lasting relationships with clients from all walks of life.
During my 20 years in North Carolina, I successfully managed our family window-cleaning business and oversaw the purchase and sale of two family homes, gaining valuable insights into real estate transactions.
In the insurance and financial services industry, I earned the Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) designation, equipping me with in-depth knowledge of insurance, investment products, risk management, and wealth planning. For eight years, I worked closely with clients to ensure their insurance and financial needs stayed current, focusing on wealth management, retirement, and estate planning.
I began my career in the tourism industry in 2008, spending 13 years on the beautiful island of Oahu, Hawaii. There, I excelled in sales of tours and activities, helping visitors create unforgettable experiences. Listening closely to my customers' needs and providing tailored solutions honed my customer service and problem-solving skills.
Later, I expanded my expertise in the financial sector, working with Wyndham to assist customers in evaluating their financial health and qualifying for timeshare properties. My role required a keen understanding of financial evaluation and a commitment to finding the best outcomes for my clients.
